Products & services

JCS Checkweigher
The JCS Checkweigher is the solution for weighing products in wet and extreme production conditions. The checkweigher JCS distinguishes itself from traditional check weighers by the use of robust modular conveyor belts and a robust open construction. The JCS Checkweigher is not only robust but also extremely accurate and has an OIML R51 type approval of the NMI. In conjunction with the easy to use software it is ideal for E-weighing, certified weighing and internal control weighing.

Conveyors
Jansen Engineering specializes in building custom conveyor belts for the food industry. Each conveyor is designed and built completely to customer requirements. Our conveyors are characterized by a robust open structure that is easy to clean and maintain.

Marelec Grading Systems
MARELEC grading systems consist of an infeed conveyor, a dynamic weigher and a grading belt. This MARELEC solution is the industry-standards thanks to the different supply, dosing and sorting capabilities.

Fortress Metal Detection
The unique Fortress metal detector uses the latest digital technology to detect and discharge ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including stainless steel. Fortress systems have the highest detection power and are renowned for their superior speed, accuracy and ease of use. Fortress metal detectors are available in various versions: including Jansen Techniek conveyor, for pipelines or as a free-fall detector.

Sparc Theia X-ray System
The SPARC Theia is an X-ray machine and weighing system in one and can be used at any stage of your production process to safely, reliably and accurately inspect 100% of your products for any product contamination, product defects and process or packaging problems.

Sollau Magnetic Separators
Sollau Magnet Separators remove metal contaminations at the source. By placing the separator in a product stream (free fall or liquid), the metal particles can be caught and removed automatically or manually from the product stream. In general terms, there are three types of magnetic separator: plate / block magnets, rod magnets and cylinder-shaped magnetic separators. We would be happy to advise you which magnetic separator is the most suited to your situation.

Sollau Magnetic Mat
The magnetic mat is developed according to the requirements of the food industry and is designed to minimize the transfer of metal particles (from workplace, construction sites and outside) to the production zones.

Sparc Apollo X-ray system
The SPARC Apollo X-ray machine can be used at any stage of your production process to safely, reliably and accurately inspect 100% of your products for any product contamination, product defects and process or packaging problems.

Sparc Raptor Label inspector
The Sparc Raptor inspects labels (top and bottom) for the presence of a correct product description, date code, lot numbers, allergen ID codes and barcode.

Electrostatic discharging bars
During the packaging process disruptions may occur due to static charging of foils. Neutralizing static charge on non-conductors is achieved by active ionisation, by means of ionisation bars. Jansen Control Systems supplies Hildebrand ionisation bars to prevent static charging problems.

Conveyor hoppers
Our conveyor hoppers are designed for buffering high quantities of product. The product can be poured manually or using a box tipper into the hopper, after which the product is automatically dosed onto the following systems. The desired dosage can be set by a speed controller. The hopper has folding sides, making it possible to clean the inside. All components can be cleaned under (high) pressure and with the use of chemicals. Our conveyor hoppers are custom-made on demand.

SKB150 Shootingband
A good presentation of your product is extremely important. With the SKB150 Shooting Belt, products are quickly and accurately placed in packaging directly from the processing line. Chicken fillets, hamburgers, salmon, bread and many other products can be placed individually, next to each other, stacked or overlaid in trays. The unique servo-driven design takes up very little space and the belt can easily be removed for maintenance or cleaning. Control system The SKB150 shooting belt comes with a stainless steel control box. The user-friendly Siemens hmi user interface makes it easy to select or create recipes.

Turntables
Our stainless steel turntables can be delivered with a width of 1000, 1200 or 1500mm. The turntable has side-guides and the drive is equipped with a slow-start cooling fan. The turntable is supplied with an isolating switch and thermal protection.

Wing Counting System
The wing counting system of Jansen Techniek is a unique system designed to automatically count, batch and package chicken wings. The system consists of the following components: The buffer bin The chicken wings are collected in a large capacity buffer bin which has two integrated conveyor belts. One moves the product towards the front of the bin. The other transports the product up and out of the bin, feeding it onto the counting system at the right speed, without applying too much pressure on the product and without losing any marinade. The belt speeds can easily be adjusted to fit the desired production speed and thanks to its hygienic construction the buffer bin is easy to clean. The counting system Once the wings have been fed onto the counting system they undergo five accelerations which separate the products from each other. Subsequently they are dispensed into the batch conveyor by means of a number of pre-count-hoppers. These pre-count-hoppers ensure the products are dispensed into the correct batches. Batch conveyor and buffer hopper system The batches are collected and transported in compartments after which they are dispensed into the buffer hopper system which in turn dispenses the batches neatly into the tray sealer. Control System The system is controlled from a stainless steel e-cabinet which is fixed to the counting system. All belts are controlled by Danfoss inverters and programmed with Siemens software.

Skewer machine
The JT Skewer machine is a unique automatic system for the production of meat skewers. Manual methods are time consuming and leave marinade marks on skewer handles. The JT skewer machine makes it possible to produce skewers faster, cleaner and at a constant speed while maintaining a handmade look and feel. The JT Skewer machine consists of a product cassette conveyor and a servo driven pricking unit. Different product elements, such as marinated chicken, pieces of vegetable, cherry tomatoes and meat balls, are manually placed into specially designed cassettes creating unique combinations. The cassettes are then fed into the servo driven pricking unit where the product elements are automatically pricked onto skewers creating a high quality end product with an authentic look and feel. The finished products can be laid onto a conveyor belt for further processing or they can be placed directly into trays for sealing in a thermoformer.

Basicline Metal detector
Jansen Control Systems is known for its no-nonsense metal detection systems. These robust machines can withstand the most extreme production conditions. For sectors where conditions are less harsh, we have developed the BasicLine series. This metal detector is still extremely accurate and solid, but competitively priced and available from stock. The BasicLine is the perfect system for checking dry and / or packaged products and is available in a number of standard sizes.

Hera Depositor

R-OP Robotic operator
R-OP is a standalone stainless-steel robot specially developed for the food industry. Labor is becoming more and more expensive, and it is not always easy to find good employees. R-OP offers the solution. R-OP is designed to be easily placed by a production line and can perform various kinds of repetitive operations. The robot has a small footprint and can be moved with a pallet truck. After positioning and programming, R-OP is ready to perform its duties as an operator.

Raptor Combi
For manufacturers where traceability is paramount, the Raptor Combi is a fully integrated metal detection and checkweighing system developed by Fortress Technology and Sparc Systems. This next evolution of inspection system features ground-breaking compliance control software to ensure the highest quality of inspection. Modular in design, the Raptor can be used standalone or easily integrated with a metal detector for a sleek combi system. Placed at any stage of your process, Raptor runs at 150 packs per minute while accurately inspecting products weighing up to 8kg and 300 x 400mm in size. Programmed measurements allow operators to quickly view live data regarding product weight, batch weight and giveaway to verify that product is running within set tolerances. Both checkweighing and metal detection can be optimized through the same monitor and remotely accessed.
