We are a provider of innovative process & packaging technology for the process industry.
We offer valuable solutions for our customers in a wide variety of industrial applications. Most of customers are located in Benelux however we follows some of our international customers abroad.
Our business is built on strong partnerships with some of the best companies, European manufacturers in their respective field of technology. Together with our principals and local integration partners we offer complete systems and integrated projects. At the same time we are supporting our customers with excellent after sales services throughout the life cycles of the machines.
We are a small and flexible company with a healthy growth ambition and strong partners behind us. High Shear Mixing Technology
Rotor - stator high shear mixing technology are used to disperse one phase or ingredient (liquid, solid or gas) into a main continuous phase (liquid). The shear is generated between the rotor and the stator. The core of the high shear mixing systems from Daniatech is an innovative (patented) rotor – stator configuration where a special closed mixing wheel passes the product through patented slots. This innovative mixing technology was developed in collaboration with Belgian based Packo pumps. In comparison with other available systems on the market Daniatech technology offers major benefits in terms of investment (Capex) and operational cost (Opex): > Lower investment > 20 to 40% less energy consumption > Very limited number of spare parts > Simple service resulting in higher uptime > Smaller footprint > Simple and fast installation > Low noise level down to 74 dB Daniatech mixing solutions are mainly applied in hygiene sensitive applications in Dairy, Food & Beverage, Cosmetics & Biotec applications. Crushing & Milling Technology
Engisol offers a full range of industrial milling and grinding solutions. Proven technology, made in Germany from our partner Jehmlich. Since 1919, Jehmlich has developed and optimized a wide range of products for coarse and fine grinding, separating and dosing of solids. The engineers at Jehmlich possess in-depth material and process knowhow and deliver consistent quality, safety and economics with their single process machines, integrated plants and turn-key projects, for a wide range of customers in food & feed, pharma, chemicals and other industrial sectors. JEHMLICH machines and plants are, as required, ATEX compliant, in accordance with FDA and EU food-grade manufacturing and cGMP regulations and comply with the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EG and current accident prevention provisions (UVV) In 2019 Jehmlich has invested in a new ultra modern testing and application centre offering digitalized trial condition monitoring with in-line data generation ensuring de-risking of projects. Besides consulting & testing also toll grinding is part of the services offering.

IBC Powder Handling
Matcon has been delivering high quality, powder handling systems since 1980. At the heart of each system is Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC) technology with the original patented Cone Valve. Matcon systems are commonly used to transfer powders, granules and tablets safely and efficiently between the key material processing stages. Matcon’s customers use their technology to become more competitive by increasing their production efficiency, flexibility and powder handling capability to an optimum.

SmartPack robotic bag filling and palletizing
SmartPack is a packaging machine for bags of powders and granules completely robotic which not only bags (dosing the product and filling the bag) but also palletises the bag, all this by a single robot which integrates both functions. Its compact layout allows to install it in narrow places or on mobile repositionable platforms. The versatility of the anthropomorphic robot allows to reconfigure the layout as required, by repositioning the destination pallets, the picking trays of the empty bag and the dosing heads. The flexibility of the six-axis system allows to change bag size/material in no time and handle more bagging heads by the same robot, even allowing to bag more products at the same time with the same plant. Thanks to the advanced graphic interface, the system can be easily managed by unskilled operators. Once a product has been configured according to type of packaging, packaged weight and type of palletization, SmartPack stores the data in a recipe that can later be recalled also by a bar code. Dosing process can be in different configurations , gross weight, net weight or by screw conveyor, gravity, turbine or vibration feeder. In all cases it's designed paying attention to cleaning needs. SmartPack is offered for two bag types and in different basic configurations that can be customised as required.

Packaging Lines
Our partner ATP ENGINEERING & PACKAGING was founded in 1996. Their activity is focused on the packaging sector, supplying machines and fully automatic complete packaging and case packing lines. Their close collaboration with top European manufacturers and global leaders in the packaging sector, allows them to complement their production with specialised equipment which they distribute, service and integrate into complete lines. ATP is located in one of the most important industrial areas of Catalonia, the Vallés Occidental. They count with 8000 m2 which include offices and production areas. Their staff and network of collaborators is ATP‘s most valuable asset, supporting continuous training and instilling the company’s philosophy: customer satisfaction.

SmartTipping robotic solution for micro ingredients recipes preparation
SmartTipping is a robotic solution for micro ingredients recipes preparation. Unlimited flexibility and modularity thanks to multi-patented robotic Smart technology designed by Sacchi. SmartTipping system coordinates dosing of "n" small containers with feeding capabilities into the robot working area, in order to execute the dosing sequence, set in the recipe. The mini-batch is collected into a bucket or in a bag, codified by bar code printing or by RFID and finally conveyed to the process machines or directly poured into the mixer. Containers-feeders can be of different types and are selected according to category of products to be dosed. Screw feeder Twin-screw feeder Belt feeder Gravity feeder Containers-feeders can be fixed or removable when necessary (they can be placed in the warehouse and taken back to the production line when necessary) SmartBatch software manages all the process. The system can be directly interfaced to the factory MES software using both standard and customized protocols.

SmartPick automatic debagging & recipe preparation
SmartPick is a robotic cell where bags are de-palletized and opened with a cutting system and it is composed of : * One or more fix pallet stations or roller conveyors to make pallet enter the robot area * One multiaxial anthropomorphic robot that, thanks to a patented gripping head equipped with sensors system and to SmartPick-AT software, can recognize, depalletize and pick one bag at a time * One or more bag cutting and emptying station (bag cutting hopper) * One or more compacting units for empty bags * Dedicated SmartPick-AT software with a simple and intuitive interface SmartPick: * depalletizes and cuts bags in automatic mode from one or more pallet positioned in one or more cutting stations. * manages, stores, sets recipes. * manages the traceability of raw material. * manages pallet call from the storehouse. * is protected by five patents which include bag-cutter system, bag gripping, bag cleaning, bag opening/cutting, bag emptying, and software. * Is the only bag-opening / bag-emptying system in the world certified by several multinational corporations for food, baby food, and pharma * has been approved by ASL as the solution to overcome problems coming from bag handling and exposure to powders. * is easy to clean (production change involves only suction of a hopper) and by installing more hoppers * is modular and can be configured to handle from 1 to 20 pallet at the entry side and as many emptying stations. The robotic depalletization system has been created to handle bags and it has been also adjusted for the handling of boxes and palletized drums, in order to put the contents into the process quickly and safely
