Below you’ll find all key information about access during set-up, breakdown, and the event days themselves. Make sure you’re well prepared and follow all access guidelines.
Access & Stand Staff
Register your stand crew in advance via My Easyfairs (Manage Stand – Stand Staff – Manage Staff). During set-up, you can pick up badges at the exhibitor reception by scanning the barcode.
Catering vouchers
Catering is provided by Ahoy. All catering requests can be made via: cateringsales@ahoy.nl

Exhibitor restaurant opening hours:
Lunch: 12:00 PM – 02:00 PM
Lunchbox pickup: 12:00 PM – 02:00 PM
Parking tickets
All exhibitors receive 1 parking ticket per event day, allowing you to exit the parking area free of charge. Need more? Order them in advance via the webshop or buy them onsite at the parking machines. Parking tickets (and any additional ones ordered) can be picked up at the exhibitor reception on the final set-up day and first event day.
