JC TTV Kogelkranen Tubi Valves

JC Fábrica de Válvulas S.A., opgericht in 1968, is een multinational gespecialiseerd in de productie en verkoop van hoogwaardige kleppen en is tegenwoordig onderdeel van de TTV-JC groep. De in de loop der jaren opgedane expertise en kennis in combinatie met de voortdurende investeringen in het ontwerp van kleppen, heeft JC tot een wereldberoemd bedrijf op het gebied van kleptoepassingen gemaakt. JC-TTV biedt haar klanten een wereldwijde service, van technisch advies om de juiste klep te kiezen tot het ontwerp en de productie van op maat gemaakte kleppen om aan speciale servicevereisten te voldoen. JC-TTV Valves produceert gesmede en gegoten drijvende en trunnion kogelkranen. JC-TTV afsluiters zijn goedgekeurd door tal van majors, waaronder Shell, BP, Mobil, Exxon gecertificeerd volgens API600, API6D, CE, PED, SIL3, API607, ISO 10497: 2010 en Fugitive emission. JC-TTV kan kleppen produceren voor speciale en kritische service, waaronder hoge temperatuur, cryogene, onderzeese, schurende service in alle materialen, inclusief exotische legeringen, lasoverlay en bekleding. Het volledige assortiment JC API6D- en API607-kogelkranen is brandveilig gecertificeerd volgens API607 / ISO 10497: 2004 en TA Luft diffuse-emissieprototype gecertificeerd. JC zijn SIL3 gecertificeerd voor de drijvende en trunnion kogelkranen, evenals TA Luft en ISO-EN 15848-1 diffuse emissie protoype gecertificeerd.
