DICKOW Pumpen
DICKOW is an established manufacturer of mechanical seal centrifugal pumps and one of the market leaders in pumps with magnetic coupling. DICKOW centrifugal pumps can be equipped with a mechanical seal in a single or double version. DICKOW supplies its own shaft seals, but it is also possible to install other manufacturers of your choice. All DICKOW centrifugal pumps can be equipped with a magnetic coupling. In general, DICKOW magnetic-coupled pumps are an excellent choice for products that crystallize, polymerize and/or contain solid parts. Products can also be pumped at very high temperatures (up to 450°C). The unique construction of the DICKOW magnetic-coupled pumps makes it possible to use them in the most extreme conditions.
MUNSCH Pumpen
MUNSCH is an established manufacturer of plastic lined and solid plastic centrifugal pumps. All centrifugal pumps can be supplied according to EN-ISO standards and/or customer specifications. MUNSCH plastic centrifugal pumps can be equipped with a mechanical seal in a single or double version. This shaft seal, type REA-F, was developed entirely in-house and based on years of experience, especially for the MUNSCH pump. The shaft seal has a very robust construction that guarantees a very long lifespan. Also MUNSCH centrifugal pumps can be equipped with a magnetic coupling. These magnetically coupled pumps are suitable for clean as well as contaminated products.
Ingersoll Rand (previous TUTHILL) Pumps
Ingersoll Rand (previous TUTHILL) is a renowned manufacturer of positive displacement pumps with mechanical seals, lip seals and magnetic couplings. For the seals to be used, a choice can be made from stuffing box gaskets, lip seals of our own manufacture and single or double mechanical seals to your specifications choice. The Ingersoll Rand gear pumps can also be equipped with a magnetic coupling. This is possible due to the different constructions and versions of the Ingersoll Rand pumps to pump products with low to extremely high viscosity, high temperature, high abrasiveness, shear sensitivity or a combination of all these properties.
