The Dutch branch in Ridderkerk is responsible for advice, stock, service and supervision of all products from the extensive range.

Lutz barrel- and containerpumps
Lutz barrel pumps and container pumps are suitable for the safe and economic pumping and filling of neutral and aggressive, non-flammable and highly flammable thin liquids to slightly viscous, as well as pure and contaminated liquids from movable or stationary vessels of various sizes.

Lutz-Jesco stepper motor diaphragm metering pumps: Precision that convinces The new MEMDOS SMART series is available in various capacity variants from 0-2.6 to 0-182 litres/hour with back pressure up to 20 bar. Due to its compact design in combination with an intelligent operating process, the MEMDOS SMART series contains the major advantages of a solenoid diaphragm metering pump with the dosing characteristic of a motorized diaphragm metering pump. The dosing heads and valves of the MEMDOS SMART series are available in different material variants. As a result, the stepper motor pumps can be used in most process applications. Thanks to an accessory set that is matched to the pump, consisting of hose, injection nozzle and suction line from the extensive range of accessories, nothing stands in the way of quick installation and thus achieves optimum results. The drive of the pumps is fully adjustable. The stepper motor, with a low-wear toothed belt drive, ensures a particularly homogeneous and even dosing process. Pressure and suction strokes can be carried out at different speeds, so that an almost constant liquid flow is achieved with hardly any pulsating progression. As a Plug & Play dosing pump with a wide range power supply unit, it can be used immediately and without restriction worldwide. The MEMDOS SMART convinces not only with its elegant design, but also the graphic display with multilingual menu as well as the operation of the dosing pump with the help of the integrated buttons simplify the use. The display is optionally removable for flexible applications. If required, the dosing pump can be adjusted manually, via an analogue or drive an impulse signal. A version with an Ethernet-based MODBUS connection is available for integration into a demanding automation network.

With the development of the battery-powered B2 Battery pump, Lutz has achieved a new dimension in terms of mobility, battery performance, weight, service life, delivery rate and ergonomics, offering the user maximum flexibility. The combination options with the pump tubes in PP and aluminium at different immersion depths mean that a wide range of liquids can be pumped from different containers.
